The café specializes in a delightful assortment of local Malaysian dishes with a hint of comfort food charm. One standout dish is the meehoon soup, which has captivated the taste buds of regulars like Cc W, who praises it for its rich flavor, remarking that it's even better than offerings from Go Noodles House! If you’re in the mood for something hearty, don’t miss the chicken chop pan mee — a hit with families, especially the little ones, as Lake Keen can testify. Families appreciate its kid-friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal lunch locale for gatherings with friends.

For coffee lovers, Long Chen Toast House serves up a fantastic Hainan coffee, perfectly complemented by the scrumptious toast with peanut butter. FuSang Leong suggests these delightful offerings are worthy of your attention, adding that the Cantonese style pan mee is equally enjoyable. The synergy of these flavors offers something for everyone, from light bites to more filling meals.

While some guests note that prices have slightly increased recently, the general consensus is that the food remains consistently good, and the service is nothing short of fantastic. Tony Adrian Paan, a regular diner, emphasizes the signature fried chicken drumstick nasi lemak and recommends the mee Jawa for an authentic taste of local cuisine. With generous portions at affordable prices, Long Chen Toast House is a practical choice for both locals and visitors alike.

So whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or planning a meal with family and friends, Long Chen Toast House promises a delightful experience filled with delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and service that goes the extra mile.

The meehoon soup is very tasty, the soup tastes so good that it is even better than Go Noodles House in my opinion. Like the dry pan mee with chicken chop, too. Worth for a try, the food is scrumptious at affordable price.

Was there last week for dinner and the foods are quite delicious. Their chicken chop pan mee was a hit for the kids. We also order the tam yam noodles, Jawa mee and Loh Bak and all tasted quite delicious. Very cosy cafe, kid's friendly and the price are actually quite reasonable.

Edit: it has become increasingly pricey recently. Food is still good tho. This place is a nice place to have lunch and meet with friends. It has reasonable price. Some dishes are good, some are so-so. Do try their recommendations if you want better food. The place is clean and the atmosphere is great.

Been a regular living nearby, I would say this is @ good place for your meals. The signature fried chicken drumstick nasi lemak is a must have. Mee Jawa is also a must. Service given is fantastic…no complaints…what you want, they'll oblige. Been here numerous times. Prices affordable for cafe status. There is one thin Chinese guy wearing specs…I don't know why quite a few customers complain about his attitude, or service not good…etc. I believe it's a communication problem. Every time I come here, he can hold with me and whatever I ask for, he's ever ready to provide. Want more sambal…give. Drink too sweet, take back to adjust taste. I go there and say…give me my regular and he knows what I want. I don't have any problem with him…well…not every body can get along with any body...

Great dining experience.. great service with a smile… quick too. Very affordable pricing. Parking is challenging though. Toast - not the best I’ve had but affordable. RM2.60 Nasi rendang ayam - the gravy is to die for and they’re not stingy. Nice and reasonable RM13.90 Basil pork rice - nothing to shout about but at RM9.90 .. I’m a happy man Hainan champing - Boleh lah RM3.60 Place is with AC and comfortable. Tables are very near each other and very small too. They play music using a PC on YouTube. Nostalgic. 80-90s music. Will definitely return for more! Not to be missed especially if you’re in the vicinity.
